Lil’ Kim is supporting a good cause by walking the runway at the first annual “The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS” event that will take place the evening of Saturday February 9th 2013 in New York City at the Altman building.

The Reality On The Runway website reads :

“Your favorite Celebrity Reality Stars will join forces to walk the runway for a first-of-it’s-kind philanthropic event. There is an estimated 300,000 people within the U.S., that are infected with HIV/AIDS, and do not know it. With a fundraising goal of $300,000 for the evening, our hope is to raise $1 to represent every single one of those people, increase awareness, and work to end this devastating epidemic.”
